Fairway Golf Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item(s) in new and unused condition within 30 days.

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment of the original purchase.
  • All items must be in new and unused condition in original package. Fairway Golf will not exchange any item(s) that show any signs of use.
  • Custom clubs, special orders, personalized items, books and software are not included in our exchange policy and not qualify to exchange.
  • Original purchase value of returned item(s) will be applied for payment of the new item(s).
  • Store Credit: We offer 100% store credit of original purchase value towards your next purchase.
  • We offer 100% store credit for all Golf Club(s) exchanges as long as they pass our inspection and fall under our "30 day playability guarantee".
  • All shipping fees incurred for any exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fee, duty, custom tax or other fees for original shipment will not be refunded.
  • Returns and Exchanges must first obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please contact customer service to set up your return or exchange. Returns and Exchanges without Return Authorization Number may delay the procedure and may incur 20% restocking charge.

Fairway Golf Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) in new and unused condition within 30 days.

  • All items must be in new and unused condition in original package. Fairway Golf will not refund any item(s) that show any signs of use.

  • Store Credit: We offer 100% store credit of original purchase value towards your next purchase.
  • Refund: Refund will be made to your original method of payment as soon as we process your returns. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be posted to your account. The amount of time may vary depending on your credit card company.
  • We offer 100% store credit for all Golf Club(s) returns as long as they pass our inspection and fall under our "30 day playability guarantee".

PLAYABILITY GUARANTEE

Shop With Confidence!

Our playability guarantee policy is another added "shop with confidence" feature that we provide. If for some reason, you are note satisfied with the golf club purchase, simply contact us for an authorization and return the golf club for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping of the product. You will receive your store credit information once we receive your golf club(s) back.

  • The Playability Guarantee is available for golf clubs purchased with prices at or above: Iron Set - $500, Driver - $200, Fairway Woods - $180, Hybrids - $140, Wedges - $100, Putters – $100, Individual Iron - $75.
  • We offer 100% store credit of original purchase value towards your next purchase.
  • The golf club must be returned in normal use condition. Any damages under non-normal use will not be covered under the Playability Guarantee.
  • Custom clubs, special orders, personalized clubs, any altered clubs are not included in our Playability Guarantee policy.
  • The Playability Guarantee applies only to golf clubs.
  • All shipping fees for any exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fee for the original shipment will not be refunded.
  • This offer is available one time only per an original purchase.
