ORDER CONFIRMATION
Order Confirmation Email
An "Order Confirmation" email will be sent to the email address you provided following to completion of your online transaction.

It may take up to 30 min. to receive the email depending on your email server. If you don't see the Order Confirmation email, please check your junk email folder.

Can't Find the "Order Confirmation" Email?
If you are not able to locate the Order Confirmation email, please follow below directions.
- If you have an account with us, you can view your order history in "My Account" page. If you see your a new order in "Previous Orders" section, we have received your order. Click "View" button for order details.
- If you chose Guest Checkout, please contact our customer service with your order number and your email address. We will resend your order confirmation email manually.

Estimate Shipping Date
Orders placed for in stock items will be processed the next business day. Orders placed for custom or non-stock items will be placed on order to the vendors. Once we process your order, you will receive another confirmation email from us including estimate shipping date.
